Paying a Retainer or Invoice Online

When you sign an engagement letter to retain us as your lawyers, you will have the option of paying for your retainer and invoices by Email Money Transfer (EMT), Wire Transfer or credit card using the online Clio Payment Platform. We will receive and store the confirmation of your payment from Clio Payment, which will include: your name and billing address; purchase order number; and date and time of payment. We do not receive or store banking information or credit card numbers.

The website may not be used to request legal advice or to transmit to LI or Tamara Mosher-Kuczer any confidential information. Information transmitted through the website may not be secure, may not be treated as confidential or protected by lawyer-client privilege, and does not create any relationship or duty of any kind. You should not send confidential or sensitive information by the internet or email unless you take appropriate precautions, such as the use of encryption. Use of the website is at your own risk, and we accept no liability for such use.
